Since most of our items are handmade by local artisons, we do not process any returns or refunds.

All sales are final.
SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order has been placed, we strive to have your package out within 1 to 2 business days at the latest. For orders placed on Fridays and weekends, we will work to have them in the mail before the postal passes, depending on the time in which your order was placed. If not, it may take up to an additional 3 days before your package is actively in the mail.

Tracking is emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Tracking updates are available either on the same day or up to 1 business day from when your package has been shipped.

If you wish for us to reship an unclaimed package, a refused package, or an undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost. You will be contacted as soon as we receive the item.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages that were sent to the specified address at checkout. It will then be your responsibility to check with neighbors and the appropriate delivery service.
